What products does PawlyPure offer?

What are the ingredients in each product?
Every ingredient is included at a clinically relevant dose — no proprietary blends, no hidden formulas. You can see the full breakdown with doses and scientific rationale on our Our Ingredients page.
Hip & Joint contains Glucosamine HCl, Chondroitin Sulfate, MSM, Turmeric with black pepper, and Omega-3 fatty acids. Calming contains L-Theanine, Ashwagandha Root Extract, Chamomile Extract and Valerian Root. Skin, Coat & Immunity contains Biotin, Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, Vitamin E, Zinc and a Probiotic Blend.
Are PawlyPure products safe for my dog?
Yes. All PawlyPure products are formulated with natural ingredients at doses consistent with veterinary nutritional guidelines. They contain no artificial flavours, artificial colours, corn syrup, gluten, soy, or xylitol.
If your dog is on prescription medication or has a known health condition, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before starting any new supplement — as you would with any dietary change.
Can I give my dog multiple PawlyPure products at the same time?
Yes — the Complete Wellness Bundle is specifically designed to be used as a combined daily routine. The three formulas complement each other and are safe to use together. Many of our Wellness Club members use all three products daily.
How long before I see results?
Results build over time with consistent daily use. Many customers notice initial improvements within 2 to 3 weeks, with the most significant changes occurring between weeks 4 and 8. Joint health and coat quality in particular require 60 to 90 days of consistent use for full effect.

How many chews should I give my dog per day?
The recommended serving is 1 chew per day for dogs under 25 lbs, and 2 chews per day for dogs over 25 lbs. Serving instructions are printed on each product label. The chews are soft and palatable — most dogs take them as treats directly from your hand.
Are the products suitable for all dog breeds and ages?
PawlyPure products are formulated for adult dogs aged 1 year and older. They are particularly effective for senior dogs aged 7 and above where joint, coat and anxiety changes are most common. They are suitable for all breeds and sizes — adjust serving based on your dog's weight as indicated on the label.
We do not recommend our products for puppies under 12 months or for pregnant or lactating dogs without veterinary guidance.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $79. Orders under $79 have a flat shipping fee of $4.95. Shipping is available to all US states and territories.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10 to 14 business days for continental US orders. Alaska and Hawaii may take 12 to 16 business days.
We are a small brand that sources quality ingredients carefully. Our shipping times are longer than large retailers — we prefer to be transparent about this rather than overpromise.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@pawlypure.com.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We are working on international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@pawlypure.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier immediately and resolve the issue at no cost to you — either by tracing the parcel or sending a replacement.
What is the Wellness Club subscription?
The Wellness Club is our subscription programme that delivers your chosen PawlyPure products automatically every month at a 15% discount off the standard one-time price. It ensures your dog never runs out of their daily supplements and saves you money every month.
Hip & Joint on subscription is $67.96/month instead of $79.95. The Complete Bundle on subscription delivers all three products monthly at the bundle price.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription — including skipping a month, changing products, updating your address or cancelling — through your account portal at pawlypure.com/account. No phone calls required.
Please note: subscriptions require a minimum of 2 orders before cancellation. We ask for this minimum because joint and wellness supplements need consistent use over 60 days to deliver meaningful results. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
When will I be charged for my subscription renewal?
Your subscription renews on the same date each month as your original order. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal so you have time to make any changes — skip, pause, update your address or cancel — before the charge processes.
Can I skip a month without cancelling?
Yes. You can skip any upcoming order through your account portal without cancelling your subscription. Skipping must be done before your renewal date processes. Log in to your account, go to your active subscriptions, and select Skip Next Order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
I was charged but did not receive my order — what do I do?
Contact us immediately at support@pawlypure.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 1 business day — either by confirming your shipment with tracking or issuing a refund. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank as we resolve these directly and quickly.
What is the 90-day money-back guarantee?
If you do not see a meaningful improvement in your dog's health within 90 days of consistent daily use, contact us once and we will issue a full refund. No product return required. No questions asked.
The guarantee applies to all PawlyPure products — one-time purchases and Wellness Club subscriptions. It covers your initial order.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@pawlypure.com with your order number and let us know you would like a refund. We will confirm within 1 business day and process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Do I need to return the product to get a refund?
No. Because our products are edible supplements we cannot accept physical returns once an order has shipped. Refunds are processed without requiring the product to be returned. Simply contact us and we handle the rest.
My order arrived damaged — what happens now?
Contact us at support@pawlypure.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will dispatch a replacement at no cost to you within 1 to 2 business days.
Does the guarantee apply to subscription orders?
The 90-day guarantee covers your initial subscription order. If you cancel within 90 days of your first order date and the product has not delivered the results you expected, you are eligible for a full refund on that first order. Subsequent monthly renewal orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
