Secure Shipping
Optional added protection for your order during delivery
We're a small brand that sources quality ingredients carefully. Our shipping times can be longer than large next-day retailers — so we stay transparent instead of overpromising. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has shipped.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, UK orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

- Remote areas may occasionally take a little longer
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order directly on our Track My Order page. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Subscription Orders
Wellness Club subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timeframes. Your subscription renews automatically and ships on the same schedule each month. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal so you can make any changes.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@pawlypure.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible. If you selected Secure Shipping at checkout, your order is covered with added delivery protection.
