How to Request a Refund
Contact us once
Email support@pawlypure.com with your order number and let us know you would like a refund. That is all we need.
We confirm within 1 business day
We will send you a refund confirmation by email within 1 business day. No forms, no return labels, no lengthy process.
Refund to your original payment method
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Eligibility
One-time purchases: Eligible for a full refund within 90 days of the original purchase date, provided the product has been used consistently as directed. Refund requests submitted after 90 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Wellness Club subscriptions: The 90-day guarantee applies to your initial order. If you cancel and request a refund within 90 days of your first order date, you are eligible for a full refund on that order. Subsequent renewal orders are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Complete Wellness Bundle: The guarantee covers the bundle as a whole. Partial refunds for individual products within a bundle are not available.
Please note: Because our products are edible supplements, we are unable to accept physical returns once an order has shipped. Refunds are processed without requiring the product to be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@pawlypure.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will dispatch a replacement at no cost to you within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your report.
PawlyPure is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If you believe your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Wellness Club Subscription Cancellations
Your Wellness Club subscription can be cancelled through your account portal at any time after your second order has been placed. There are no cancellation fees and no phone calls required.
Why a minimum of 2 orders? Joint, calming, and coat supplements require consistent daily use to deliver meaningful results — most customers see the most significant improvement between weeks 4 and 8. We ask for a minimum of 2 orders to give the formula a fair chance to work. This is consistent with the clinical research behind every ingredient we use.
To cancel, log in to your account at pawlypure.com/account, navigate to your active subscriptions, and select Cancel. If you experience any difficulty cancelling, contact us at support@pawlypure.com and we will cancel on your behalf immediately.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to prevent the next charge from processing. Cancellations submitted after a renewal has already been processed are not eligible for a refund of that renewal charge, unless the order falls within the 90-day guarantee window on your initial order.
Subscription Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at support@pawlypure.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing disputes quickly and directly — typically within 1 business day. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting PawlyPure may result in your account being suspended.
Legal Disclaimer
This refund policy applies to purchases made directly through pawlypure.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and are not covered by this policy.
PawlyPure reserves the right to refuse refund requests that show evidence of misuse, abuse of the guarantee policy, or fraudulent purchase activity. We reserve the right to limit refunds to one per household per product.
Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase. PawlyPure is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
